This is a 3 months full-time paid internship. Prove yourself, perform well, and your contract may be upgraded to a full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver small tools/features with support from the team.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers.
- Operate in small, highly autonomous teams.
- Learn how to use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
- Take part in improvements of the internal agent network and development workflows.
- Focus on user and business outcomes, not output.
Requirements
- Degree in software engineering and/or a portfolio of personal projects (ideally built using AI agents).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Value autonomy over stability and process.
- Enjoy working across layers instead of staying in one box.
- Think in problems and outcomes, not tickets.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Curious about AI and excited to work with agents.

Salary
- Gross salary: 1,500 EUR / month (paid internship).
