This is a 3 months full-time paid internship. Prove yourself, perform well, and your contract will get upgraded to a full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Deliver small tools/features with support from the team
Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers
Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
Learn how to use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
Take part in the improvements of our internal agent network and development workflows
Focus on user and business outcomes, not output

Requirements

Degree in software engineering and/or a portfolio of personal projects, ideally built using AI agents
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Value autonomy over stability and process
Enjoy working across layers instead of staying in one box
Think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
Comfortable with ambiguity
Curious about AI and excited to work with agents
