As a Data Analyst in the Customer & Digital Experience team, you'll help create and enhance the online banking experience at ABN AMRO Personal & Business Banking. Your role involves providing data support and developing solutions that empower customers in managing their banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop dashboards in Power BI.
- Conduct detailed analyses of customer behavior and online journeys.
- Set up trigger-based campaigns in Engage and apply relevant models.
- Provide regular reports on team KPIs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyze and visualize the impact of campaigns and innovations.
- Collaborate with data specialists across teams.
- Contribute actively to the data circle within CDE.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Databricks, Engage, and Marigold.
- Proficient in dashboarding (Power BI).
- Affinity with marketing and business.
- Academic level of thinking and working, with a minimum of 3 years in an E-commerce environment.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and verbal.
