To further strengthen our position, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Business Reporting who excels in data analysis and reporting while making a significant contribution to the development and optimization of our reporting process.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risk factors, market movements, and customer behaviors.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making processes.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
    • Identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in the data and proactively provide recommendations for improving business processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to align reporting solutions with business strategies.
    • Contribute to data-driven projects that impact the broader organization.
    • Ensure that reporting processes are continuously optimized to respond to changing business needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in business reporting within the financial sector.
  • Experience with Power BI (including DAX) and other data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  • Strong communication skills, both in presenting technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders and in guiding processes with different departments.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
