You will collaborate with Data Scientists and cross-functional Consumer teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to curate, develop, and deploy data and analytic tooling that drives product decisions and scales across the organization. The role focuses on building reliable data foundations, automation, and enabling data self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows for ingestion, processing, and transformation; collaborate with engineering to ensure pipeline quality and reliability.
  • Create user-friendly internal tools and applications for Data Science and cross-functional teams, prioritizing automation, consistency, and reliability to drive adoption and enable self-service.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, coaching, and/or training to data scientists and other technical partners.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineering managers, and leadership to shape the data foundations roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, operations research, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, physics, or similar).
  • 4+ years of experience working with large-scale ETL systems (implementation, strategy, maintenance) and building clean, maintainable code and systems in production (Python preferred).
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Scala, etc.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts and patterns, and manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with data workflows (e.g., Airflow), front-end or back-end engineering, data visualization, and dashboard design.
  • Deep understanding of technical and functional designs for relational and MPP databases.
  • Proven cross-functional execution and collaboration skills; excellent communication across varying technical levels.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Consumer product domain experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with agentic AI-assisted development is desired.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits and income replacement programs
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Global benefit programs (workspace, professional development, caregiving support)
  • Family planning support and gender-affirming care
  • Mental health and coaching benefits
