Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions for the AML case management system.
• Manage a backlog of features and enhancements, defining problems, business needs, and success metrics.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional dependencies through collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance technology programs ensuring alignment with regulatory and business goals during planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, CX, Product, and Engineering teams to manage multiple projects for timely completion.
• Provide effective communication and program updates across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs for tracking program success.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with compliance technology projects proactively.
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements within compliance processes through technology solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technology implementation, or compliance projects.
• Proven success managing large-scale technology programs in highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
• Experience working with global systems.
• Highly collaborative with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

• Certifications such as ACAMS, CCAS, TRM-CI, TRM-ACI.
• Knowledge of GRC platforms and compliance automation tools.
• SQL experience.
• Experience in fintech or startup environments.
• Experience in the crypto industry.
