Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems in the Payments infrastructure
  • Write high-quality code that is tested, maintainable, documented, and performs well under load
  • Work with different payment methods from all around the world
  • Integrate new service providers, each with its own code and functionality
  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
  • Collaborate with team members, QA, DevOps, and security teams on day-to-day tasks
  • Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance when needed
  • Perform R&D operations and find solutions to new and challenging problems

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with PHP
  • Experience working with Golang
  • Proven experience building microservices and knowledge of microservices patterns
  • Understanding of OOP principles and good code design
  • Understanding of API design
  • Good MySQL knowledge
  • Experience working with Git
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Redis is a plus
