We’re now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Partner to aid us in creating a world-class employee experience. As part of Vinted’s Compensation & Benefits team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our Reward philosophy. In this position, you’ll
- Drive major projects in the realm of compensation and benefits, such as; benchmarking, setting up salary frameworks, salary cycles, core benefits implementation and assessment, pension, and equity programs
- Develop and maintain the global benefits budget and monitor timing of various contract renewals along with brokers
- Assist with all global benefits RFP’s, vendor selection, contracting and ongoing monitoring of plans
- Review program effectiveness using benefits data from local brokers, consultants or other sources to help drive strategic business decisions within the organization
- Provide benefits expertise on M&A activities
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams strategically and operationally to collaborate on a range of initiatives and projects
- Conduct and lead training as needed to ensure a strong understanding of the company’s Reward philosophy and programs
- Partner with the other People Team departments (i.e. People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and Workplace Experience) and work together to achieve joint business goals
About you
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the area of compensation and benefits.
- Thorough understanding of global benefits retirement and benefits laws and regulations to drive strategy, philosophy and compliance efforts
- Well-organised, with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously. Experience supporting global benefits operations. Must be flexible in order to provide employee support in various time zones
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in a high-growth tech company preferred

The salary range for this position is € 59500 - € 80500 gross per year.
