The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

As a Senior Art Director within our Graphic Design team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set graphic design standards, and drive the company's visual design vision. Your work will be crucial in enhancing our brand identity and user experience, particularly in digital spaces. The current team comprises 22 members, including Graphic Designers/Illustrators, dedicated Team Leads, Creative Leads, and a Graphic Design Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate visual systems: direct the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and brand book guidelines to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
  • Define the standard: establish a benchmark for visual excellence that challenges the team and pushes brand identities to stand out in a global market.
  • Cultivate creative talent: act as a hands-on mentor, helping designers navigate complex briefs, sharpen conceptual thinking, and take full ownership of their craft.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between Brand, Marketing & Product: collaborate closely with Brand leads to ensure marketing stays grounded in product reality and with Product Leads to ensure the brand’s soul is felt within the interface.
  • Merge logic with aesthetic: use design as a strategic tool to simplify technical complexity, making cybersecurity feel accessible, empowering and human.
  • Advocate for the why: translate creative directions into business value when collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring design choices align with broader company growth.

Requirements

  • A deep background in brand design, ideally within a B2C environment or branding/creative agency.
  • Experience leading or guiding designers (as a lead, mentor, or senior).
  • Strong visual design and art direction skills.
  • Ability to give clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and multi-channel design.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both design execution and design thinking.

What will make you stand out

  • Experience working with photography, photo editing, or compositing.
  • Illustration skills or experience guiding illustration styles.
  • Familiarity with AI image generation tools in creative workflows.
  • Understanding of 3D visuals or collaboration with 3D designers.
  • Experience working with large-scale or global brands.
  • Knowledge of the digital product environment.

Salary Range
