You and your job

As a Business Analyst you are the linking pin between the Product Manager, business stakeholders and the Data Science team to make the Entity Resolution Knowledge Graph a success.
You will work in a team which builds central building blocks to provide a wide range of domains within the bank with the right entity knowledge. You will emerge yourself in Graph technology to grasp the capabilities of knowledge graphs, and you will gain an understanding of the data which feeds the graph.

As a business analyst you thrive to make an impact by enabling the power of new data and technologies by shaping and structuring requirements so that your teams work on the right things. In an agile way of working, you continuously switch between what the customers needs and what the team will develop, all while adhering to the right governance processes.

Practical examples

  • Collect, analyse, document and formalize requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements and support the development team in building the solution.
  • Coordinate the risk, compliance and legal processes of the solution.

Within Rabobank, the Area Enterprise Analytics Products is an ambitious department that aims to develop central analytical products (building blocks) to unlock value at scale for the bank. Being part of an end-to-end team in Data Science means that you, together with engineers, data scientists, a scrum master, a solution architect and a product owner, are responsible and empowered to design, build and run solutions with a strong machine learning component.

You and your talent

  • You are a nice, friendly and approachable person.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in a data (science) focussed environment.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully fulfilling this role in a Scrum team.
  • You preferably have experience with the banking domain or financial services.
  • You preferably have experience with knowledge graphs or graph technology.
  • You have the social and technical skills to figure out the question behind the question.
  • You can communicate well in English
  • Dutch language is considered a plus.
