Becoming the market leader with happy customers doesn’t happen overnight. We need seamless integration and perfect processes in our (Force) Mid Office. As a business analyst within Area Lending services and administration you can really make a difference in defining these processes. You are the linking pin between the business stakeholders, IT, data (external) parties and architecture. By retrieving the question behind the question you are able to translate business requirements into what’s needed from an IT perspective.

As our new colleague, you combine information from our stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business needs. You then integrate this into the technical part of your role: gathering and documenting the requirements needed for the design, development, and testing of the full implementation. As a BA within our squads, you will translate business requirements into clear user stories and convert them into innovative and (re)usable solutions.

You will have a pivotal role between business and IT, you are able to talk just as easy with business representatives as to developers.

• Gathering business and technical requirements by organizing and leading requirement sessions with cross-functional teams

• Developing user stories, validating them with the team, and ensuring that the user stories can be picked up in our backlog system (Azure DevOps)

• Contributing to the creation of the implementation plans, impact analyses, functional designs, and documentation of business requirements

Practical Examples

  • Implementing the Force Mid Office as a package
  • Help connect source data, like Ockto, to help our customers
  • Fix Forward & Fail Fast, Learn Fast

Facts & Figures

  • 32-40 hours per week
  • 1 million customers for mortgages
  • 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Define requirements to optimize the clients journey during the mortgage cycle.
  • Describe the system requirements in the clearest way possible.
  • Challenge the business to fully understand the business value for our customer.

As Mid Office teams we’re in the midst of a big transition to become the market leader. The Force application is pivotal for the success of this journey. And as a business analyst you’ll have direct impact on achieving our goals together.

Together we achieve more than alone
We believe in the power of difference. Bringing together people's differences is what makes us an even better bank. So we are very curious about what you can bring to our team at team Aladdin in the acceptance and fulfillment cluster.
