We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive on innovation and are eager to enhance their skills while revolutionizing end-to-end lending processes within Financing Solutions. As a member of our Credits Capability Grid department, you'll play a pivotal role in digitizing customer data and developing a central credit platform. Your mission will be to connect diverse stakeholders, translate business needs, and bridge the gap between end-users and our IT department.

Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll design and continuously improve digital lending processes, making a lasting impact on the future of credit facilities. As part of our Credits Facility Management team, you'll modernize technology to ensure data availability 24/7 and adapt administration to new requirements. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from end-users and aligning with Business and IT stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Contracting, Risk, and Credit-related teams.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Align with stakeholders on processes and business needs.
  • Analyze services, APIs, business processes, information flows, and system requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Translate product roadmap features into actionable user stories, prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
  • Create visuals and documentation to foster organizational learning.
  • Support implementation, collaborate on test design, and facilitate user acceptance tests.

Requirements

As a problem-solver, you excel in tackling complex challenges and structuring solutions. You take ownership, translating requirements into functionalities in partnership with our stakeholders and IT teams. You're a connector who bridges people and technology, and you thrive on creativity, stakeholder management, organization, and empathy towards end-users. A willingness to learn about our software and processes is key.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify solutions and present them convincingly.
  • Experience in business analysis, coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Affinity for technology, data structures, APIs, and querying.
  • Knowledge of Credit Lifecycle processes and Credit Facility Management.
  • Excellent communication skills; adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Self-starter with a critical eye and positive attitude.
