We are seeking individuals who are passionate about learning and developing their skills while designing future-proof end-to-end lending processes within Financing Solutions. ABN AMRO is committed to enriching and renewing the lending landscape by simplifying and accelerating processes to better identify customer risks and serve them transparently. As part of the Credits Capability Grid department, we are digitizing customer data and building a new central credit platform. Your role will be crucial in identifying business needs and translating them to our IT department.

Responsibilities
- Analyse services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities.
- Translate product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
- Create system and/or data model designs and translate them into clear documentation to develop a shared understanding and improve organizational learning.
- Drive requirement gathering from end-users and specialist teams (Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, Operations, Regulatory) and turn these into technical designs for the Salesforce credit origination platform.
- Support implementation and help the development team deliver quality by collaborating on test design and user acceptance tests.
- Balance regulatory requirements with practical operational feasibility to ensure compliant yet workable solutions for end-users.
Working environment
You will join a devops team within the Collateral Management Lifecycle shop and work closely with colleagues from Integrations, Business Implementation, Regulatory and subject matter experts from Lending, Risk and FR&R. Collaboration is key; the team aims to be in the office around 2–3 days per week. Working from home is possible in consultation with your team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and system/process design.
- Ability to identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
- Strong affinity towards technology, data structures and querying.
- Experience translating requirements into user stories and collaborating with IT/development teams.
- Knowledge of nCino or Salesforce delivery is a plus; willingness to learn is necessary.
- Self-starter with a critical but positive attitude; empathetic and organized, able to bridge end-users and developers.
- Note: you must be in possession of a Dutch work permit and/or living in the Netherlands.

- Gross monthly salary (min. EUR 5,304 – max EUR 7,577) based on a 36-hour work week (a 40-hour work week is also possible). Salary includes holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget.
