As a Chapter Lead, you’ll have a seat at the table to influence Eneco’s digital strategy and lead teams shaping the future of energy through innovative data and ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers overseeing the development of a portfolio of Eneco digital products.
• Steer product strategy according to your technical expertise. Set a vision.
• Maintain a robust software development lifecycle while empowering product teams to operate in a decentralized organization.
• Develop a mentorship framework for engineers, including pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify skill gaps, conduct regular feedback conversations, and provide opportunities for learning and development.
• Oversee the recruitment of engineers in your area and collaborate with your community of senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy.
• Build strong connections with senior business leaders and influence Eneco's digital transformation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in at least one digital company, as a senior leader of a software engineering organization.
• Expertise in data and ML engineering: ML model lifecycle, modern enterprise data management, data integration, and distributed data processing.
• Excellent software engineering skills, from architecture to operations.
• Exposure to cloud technologies. Knowledge of Azure would be a plus.

Benefits

• Gross annual salary between €130.000 and €150.000 including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
