As a Chapter Lead for our Financial Risk Python group, you will make a significant and meaningful contribution to our sustainable bank. You do this by:

Responsibilities
As a Chapter Lead, you are a hands-on IT Engineer and you will work in your own team on designing, developing/coding, testing, maintaining, and realizing the highest quality and future proof Python and Azure IT solutions. Second, for another significant part of your time, you will be challenged to manage people and coaching them to advance their skills as both people and professional. Lastly, you will make sure you will be on an ongoing learning path and educate others to achieve higher and more creative technical capabilities and move towards state-of-the-art solutions.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
- Expertise in Python, including concurrent & asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Kubernetes, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with Bicep, Kafka, Redis, and Databricks (Nice to have).
- Proven Python development experience.
- Strong skills in Azure technologies.
- Experience in a DevOps environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration.
- Ability to mentor and inspire team members.

- The gross monthly salary is between € 5.112 - € 7.303, based on a 36-hour work week.
- Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary for acquiring additional employment benefits.
