We’re now looking for a Compensation Specialist to aid us in creating a world-class employee experience. As part of Vinted’s Compensation & Benefits team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our Reward philosophy. Think you’re up to the challenge? Keep reading.

This is a fixed-term position for six months. The contract may be extended for an additional six months, depending on business needs.

In this position, you’ll

  • Participate in job architecture project, benchmarking, setting up salary frameworks, and market data review
  • Provide data analysis and budget forecasting
  • Prepare for the EU transparency law

About you

  • Analytical, good with numbers and advanced in Google Sheet (can do VLookups, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking, experience with Mercer and/or Willis Towers Watson preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
