Airbnb has grown to over 5 million hosts welcoming over 2 billion guests worldwide. The Hotels Supply team shapes how hotels appear on Airbnb by collaborating with hotel and connectivity partners to develop high-quality, repeatable, and commercially viable offerings aligned with Airbnb’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist API support and act as a subject matter expert for connectivity.
• Conduct analysis and technical troubleshooting to solve complex problems.
• Monitor key metrics such as API success rates and ensure timely error resolution.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external partners.
• Offer expert insight into partner systems.
• Improve internal knowledge bases and training materials to empower teams to handle API-related queries independently.
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal and external systems, including mitigation of connectivity issues.
• Develop deep understanding of integrations across Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems for targeted support.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay partner feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee troubleshooting processes, escalating when necessary.
• Identify patterns in data and feedback to improve services and products.
• Research technical information to enhance understanding and support decision-making.
• Contribute to development of technical communication materials including policies, procedures, and presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Connectivity or Technical Partner Management.
• Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software.
• Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, and Excel.
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to leverage data for decisions.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary range from $111,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
• Eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Location

• US Remote eligible with occasional onsite work as agreed.
• Must reside in a US state where Airbnb has a registered entity (subject to exclusions).
