You will help unlock the power of data at the Data Products Finance & Risk department of ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance (ABF). You help realise the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. You ensure that the entire bank follows the correct route towards a fully data driven organisation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure how the data flows, assess the quality of the data and determine consuming needs
- Analyse issues and gaps raised by data users and determine data quality requirements in line with regulations or internal standards
- Ensure data quality issues are addressed by the right solution parties, place concrete tasks on the backlog of responsible parties and monitor/track progress
- Conduct data analyses and validate data for existing, new or migrating sources of information in the data environment
- Advise data providers and data consumers on which data to use to fulfil their requirements/data needs
- Take care of the Data Product administration in the Data Marketplace with respect to registration, DSA management and use case management
- Pro-actively seek cooperation with stakeholders within Business, IT, Risk and Finance and across change programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and for the development, optimization and adaptation of systems, procedures and controls
Working environment
The ABF F&R Data Product team is a sub team of Financial and Statistical Reporting within Finance. The team is led by the ABF F&R Data Product Owner. You work dedicated for Asset Based Finance (ABF), a subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank, which consists of two main product lines: Lease and Commercial Finance. ABF has its own data environment. You will work with internal stakeholders such as IT, Data Office, other Data Product teams and Finance, and have frequent contact with colleagues from the Finance and Risk Data Domain of ABN AMRO head office. This is a dynamic environment with many ongoing developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in economics, business, finance, or data
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in data management processes and data governance
- Working experience or familiarity with project management and Agile
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and experience in data management and data analyses
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and a proactive attitude
- Collaborative skills and strong stakeholder orientation
Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: β¬ 4.466 - β¬ 6.380 pm (the gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget; grading depends on knowledge and experience)
