At the Data Services Reporting department, we ensure that the information needs of both internal and external parties regarding Finance and Risk are met. We achieve this by designing, building, and implementing innovative solutions based on thorough data analyses!

Consider, for example, reports for the Deposit Guarantee Scheme, sustainability, or the Definition of Default (the compliance of payments by customers). We also support new commercial activities within our organization through data analyses, such as evaluating part of our portfolio for data-driven decision-making.

Your Work

As part of a Scrum team, you work on user stories for Finance & Risk Mortgages. This includes reporting requirements from the European Central Bank, De Nederlandsche Bank, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, accountants, and internal auditors.

As a Datawarehouse Developer, you work on the back-end of our Datawarehouse. This is a challenging environment with large datasets, complex logic, and much dynamism due to new techniques and changing regulations.

With your excellent analytical and technical ETL skills, you and your team achieve results! You implement data solutions consistently, qualitatively, and maintainably according to the established frameworks and guidelines. Your specialization lies in the transformation and integration of complex and large data structures. Moreover, you design data models with an eye on both the current assignment as well as sustainable, flexible, and robust solutions for the future. We place great value on thorough testing to ensure the reliability of our data solutions. We work according to the Kimball methodology.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Academic or HBO (higher professional education) level of education and work experience.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with data warehouse concepts, such as ETL, building Datamarts, and the Kimball star model.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Stack: Visual Studio, TFS, SQL Server.

Preferences

• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Python.
