At Marketing & Relevance we enable personalised and relevant communication with our customers. We create and maintain self-service communication channels, so that our internal stakeholders can reach the customer at the right time and via the right channel.

Go to Rabobank.nl. The wide banner on the top of your page is personalized (if you have accepted your cookies of course). These personalized offers have a higher click-through-rate than default ones, which shows that personalization helps customers find the right content.

Within the squad we do omni-channel communication and the data we collect we use for contextual and relevant next best decisions for the interaction. The squad works directly with business and marketers on a wide range of projects. We use the latest technologies, including PEGA Marketing as the AI-brain behind the personalization.

You and your job

As a DevOps engineer, you bring a positive, can-do mindset to your work and are passionate about IT. You possess excellent hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions with PEGA PRPC, alongside a strong interest and motivation in expanding your PEGA expertise in PEGA decisioning solutions. As a valued member of an agile DevOps squad, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features for our stakeholders.

In this role as a senior PEGA engineer, you will be responsible for the development of large-scale PEGA projects. Your involvement extent the entire development life cycle, from refining user stories to monitoring in production environment. Working collaboratively is crucial in your role, as you will work closely within and across squads to ensure the quality of the features delivered.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include developing and advancing the application, ensuring scalability and future-proofing to accommodate changing business and technological needs.

• You take responsibility for your solution end-to-end, from defining requirements to providing production support.
• Your approach to problem-solving is collaborative and team-oriented. You bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team and assist/coach junior team members when needed.
• You work closely with the lead engineer & product owner to ensure that the product deliverables and business objectives are achieved.

You and your talent

• A relevant Bachelor or Master degree (Informatics, Computer science or information Technology)
• Minimum of 5 yeas working experience with PEGA development
• Experience in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP and File services.
• Experience in PEGA Cloud and AWS.
• Experience on PRPC v8.x
• Experience in SQL Database operations
• Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding
• Good communication skills and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Minimum PEGA SSA certification.
• PEGA Decisioning certification or experience in PEGA Opsmanager is a plus!
