Responsibilities

  • Help developers discover, adopt, and use Token Factory for inference use cases.
  • Build demos and examples that show performance, cost, and reliability tradeoffs.
  • Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences.
  • Gather direct feedback from builders and bring it back to product and engineering.
  • Work with marketing to share real developer stories and use cases.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI developers and typical building patterns.
  • Comfortable writing code, reviewing examples, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Able to explain complex systems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious, practical, and opinionated about how developers actually work.

Preferred / Bonus

  • Experience with inference platforms or model serving.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $165k - $250k OTE (On-Target-Earnings) plus equity based on your experience.
