As a Software Engineer you can make a difference

Within the Tribe Global D&A Platform you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe contains 4 areas:

  • Data Platform
  • Analytics Platform
  • Governance Platform
  • Onboarding and Support

For about 40 squads are divided over these areas. In many of the teams we are working on software engineering. We need your help to design, build and run ground-breaking solutions that are as valuable to our 7 million customers.

You will be working in the Collibra Data Catalog (Atlas) squad that is part of the area “Data Platform”. We empower producers and consumers to easily share data through the Global Data Platform in a governed way. Collibra, as a data marketplace, enables you to publish, discover, and access data products on the Global Data Platform efficiently and securely. The Data Catalog offers a unified view of data across the Global Data Platform.

You will be responsible for
We are looking for experienced Collibra professionals in Rabobank Tribe Global D&A Platform with the ability to build high-quality solutions that fit the needs of our stakeholders. As a software engineer, you play a crucial role in crafting and delivering those solutions, in line with organisational and architectural standards.

Experience

Above all we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in data, technology and self-development on a senior level. We don’t look for the sheep with the 5 legs. We believe that if you are a good engineer language doesn’t matter although we do understand everyone has preferences. There is absolutely no need to thick all of below mentioned boxes, but it gives you a good understanding on which technology/frameworks/languages we use:

  • Experience in developing simple and complex workflows in Collibra or any BPMN tool.
  • Development and implementation of Collibra metamodel customizations.
  • Groovy script experience is a must
  • Hands-on experience implementing out-of-box and developing custom workflows using Eclipse and Groovy scripting to automate Data Governance processes.
  • Experience with data projects such as Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Lakes, and other analytical platforms
  • Experience in using appropriate Java APIs/REST APIs and Collibra APIs to automate Data Governance activities in Data Governance tool.
  • Ability to interact with Business and Technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Knowledge in Azure is a plus

Of course, it is a plus if you have experience in the Data Management work field.

  • Based on your experience: up to € 6.130,64, - gross per month (scale 9) or up to €7.307,58 , - gross per month (scale 10)
