Responsibilities

• As an IT Security expert within our organization, you will advise the DevOps teams on information and application security.
• You will be part of the Centre of Expertise for DevOps Security, working to embed security in the DevOps way of working.
• You will serve as the central point of contact for all security control questions.
• Responsible for quality assessments of the security control framework that covers more than 2000 applications.
• Help teams improve their security maturity level by providing insight and direction.
• Coach and train teams on security best practices, such as Threat Modeling, Secure Coding, Security monitoring & testing, etc.
• Organize awareness security events to highlight the importance of security in the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in Information Security.
• Experience with Development life cycle and platform security, Threat modeling, Container security, Secure coding, Cloud security, Pen testing, etc.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate policies and standards into actionable steps for compliance.
• Keep abreast of technological developments in Information Security and DevSecOps.
