For the data team within the best grid of ABN AMRO, Digital Workplace, we are looking for a Digital Employee Experience Analyst. This team focuses on improving the digital employee experience (DEX) for ABN AMRO employees worldwide at their digital workplace. With the application Nexthink, we can analyze, visualize, and, where needed, take action on real-time data from end-users, allowing us complete control over the digital workplace. This provides insight into all endpoints, applications, and user activities. By leveraging the analysis results from Nexthink and other sources, we continuously enhance the DEX of our digital workplace for our colleagues.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Employee Experience Analyst within the Digital Workplace Grid, you aim to add value by transforming data into opportunities for continually improving the digital workplace for employees. You specialize in the capabilities of Nexthink and proactively utilize this to conduct good analyses of available data. These analyses allow you to make ongoing improvements in the working experience and engagement with the workplace, including enhancing laptop performance, mitigating (security) risks and failures, and more. Thus, you can increase employee productivity and reduce failure occurrences, as “happy employees make happy customers”!
Requirements
You are an energetic, driven, and proactive professional for whom continuous improvement is a top priority. You enjoy analyzing data, drawing conclusions from it, and sharing these with colleagues who can technically implement the recommendations. You have experience advising and can effectively communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector.
You have:
- An inspiring and motivating personality.
- Proven experience with monitoring tools.
- Experience with requirements analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
It is a plus if you have experience and knowledge of:
- Nexthink.
- Azure DevOps.
- The digital workplace.
