Details
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company with more than 20M users of Grafana and customers that include Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay. The Observability department enables developers to understand application and infrastructure health by providing tooling to instrument code, ingest observability data into Grafana Cloud, and visualize and explore it.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is a composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows customers to leverage open source observability software — including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope — without the overhead of installing, maintaining, and scaling their own observability stack.
What is Grafana Alloy?
Alloy is a distribution of the OpenTelemetry collector designed to collect, process, and export telemetry signals at scale. Alloy combines ecosystems like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Pyroscope, and more. Alloy is an open source project maintained on GitHub.
