Details
Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and operates large-scale GPU, compute, storage and networking infrastructure across multiple regions. This role is a hands-on technical position supporting IT operations, deployments and ongoing infrastructure support in Nebius data center environments.
You will work out of our Missouri data center location and will travel regularly to support deployments and operational activities across multiple U.S. sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers.
- Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities; travel for on-site installations and technical support is required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment.
- Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
- Relevant entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA).
- Valid Driving License.
Nice to have
- ITIL and/or PMI certification.
Compensation
- Base Compensation Range: $122,900 — $184,300 USD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, hiring level, and geographic location).
