Information about the position

Vinted’s Finance team is in charge of producing transparent, high-quality financial accounts, as well as contributing towards sustainable operations and company growth, participating and representing the finance part in the context of various projects. To keep up with the rapid business growth, as well as increasing complexity of our financial operations, the finance department is looking for a new member.

This is a fixed-term position for 2 years.

In this position, you’ll

  • Participate in monthly Vinted Group consolidation preparation
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reports
  • Prepare periodic financial adjustments for accounting and reporting purposes
  • Work on financial projects and new tools implementation enhancing Vinted group reporting processes and improving financial compliance
  • Cooperate with finance stakeholders to design and deploy enhanced reporting across a range of areas
  • Communicate with colleagues from other departments on finance related matters
  • Work closely with accountants, external auditors and other finance team members

About you

  • Proven experience in finance or audit
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Experience in working with accounting systems and reporting
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Curious to work in a dynamic environment and technology-driven business
  • Experience in work with consolidated accounts is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
