Coinbase is seeking a frontend software engineer to join our team to build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, designers, product managers and leadership to turn product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.

Requirements

• Available to begin employment immediately.
• 1+ years experience in software engineering/development.
• Write high quality, well tested code.
• Excited about hard problems and getting things done.
• Self-motivated and committed to personal growth.
• Approach problems with positive energy.
• Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Haves

• Experience on frontend teams using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, TSX, React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, React Native, Dart (for Flutter).
• Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and building an open financial system that brings the world together.
