Coinbase is seeking a frontend software engineer to join our team to build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, designers, product managers and leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers

Requirements

• Available to begin employment immediately
• 1+ years experience in software engineering/development
• You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers
• You're excited about hard problems and getting things done
• You are self-motivated and committed to personal growth
• You approach problems with positive energy
• Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent work experience

Nice to haves:

• You’ve worked on frontend teams using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, TSX, React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, React Native, Dart (for Flutter)
• You're passionate about blockchain, crypto, and building an open financial system that brings the world together
