Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

  • Serve as the primary administrator, including configuration, customization, and system maintenance.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure secure and compliant platform access.
  • Analyze and improve current workflows, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop custom solutions using declarative tools and collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure support of cross-departmental goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement integrations with other business systems and tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and perform regular audits and deduplication.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing training and technical support to users across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on Facilities and IT Support services.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT programs, with a strong track record of delivery and results.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience in managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Data Center management frameworks, such as Uptime Institute Tier Certification, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance management, and issue escalation.

At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $171,000 to $232,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks.
