Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a GTM technology strategy aligned with Sentry's GTM motions (direct sales, PLG, open source/self-serve).
- Establish best practices for system architecture, data governance, documentation, protocols, and user training for GTM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security for reliable reporting and decision-making.
- Build and maintain a scalable GTM systems roadmap focusing on revenue growth and efficiency.
- Lead adoption of cutting-edge and AI-powered technologies to optimize the GTM tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leadership to deliver impactful tech solutions.
- Manage core GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, LeanData, and their integration with BI platforms and data warehouses.
- Continuously evaluate emerging GTM tech trends to recommend and implement innovations for competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience building, managing, and optimizing GTM operations and systems in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, including architecture, data model, and integration.
- Proven ability developing and implementing GTM systems strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track record designing and optimizing scalable, automated GTM processes with industry best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools like BigQuery and Looker and their SFDC integration.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) and conversational intelligence tools (Gong).
- Prior experience in high-growth, product-led SaaS companies with understanding of PLG principles.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, depending on factors like location and experience.
