Identity & Access Management (IAM) is crucial for company security, ensuring the right people have appropriate access at the right time. The IAM team at ING Hubs Slovakia supports several countries worldwide and plays a key role in delivering services to ING clients.

Responsibilities

  • Verification and review of applied access rights within ING assets
  • Processing access-related requests based on tickets in line with SLA
  • Validation of access requests
  • Processing of system exports to clear and understandable form
  • Communication with stakeholders and user access teams
  • Participating in innovation and improvement processes
  • Working with a wide range of IT technologies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Identity Access Management field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (using functions and filters)
  • General overview of IT technologies
  • Good analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Interested in innovation and improvements
  • Fluent in English (C1)
