Information about the position

As Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Influencers team with operations in the 19 markets in which we operate. You will get to learn how we work with our content creators in 19 markets, and participate to scale the team’s operations and optimise the performance of our campaigns. You will join a team of 7 motivated Influencer marketing experts.

In this position, you’ll

• Support the team with operations in 19 markets: budget tracking, campaigns set-up, reporting, creative benchmarks
• Work hand in hand with 7 influencer marketing experts to scale operations and performance in all markets
• Monitor and report on the performance of our campaigns
• Innovate with new Influencer marketing ideas and campaigns
• Participate in creative projects
• Work with digital marketing teams to build synergies and deliver cross channel campaigns (i.e. PR, SoMe, CRM, Performance, OLV, Brand, etc.)

About you

• Have a strong interest in Influencer Marketing and enthusiasm for learning about the industry
• Value teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to a supportive team environment
• Possess excellent written and spoken English, with effective communication skills
• Familiar with spreadsheets and Excel, with a willingness to learn more advanced tools if needed
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with guidance
• Eager to contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance campaign performance
• Any prior exposure to digital marketing, content creation, or social media campaigns is a bonus but not required

The salary range for this position is € 1,642€ - € 2,050€ gross per month.
