Are you ready to shape the future of banking? As a Data Scientist - GenAI Chatbot intern at ING Bank, you'll dive into the cutting-edge world of Generative AI, transforming customer interactions with innovative chatbot solutions. You will work with the Chatbot team composed of business domain experts, data analysts and other data scientists to increase helpfulness and deliver the best customer experience via chat and related channels.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into data and journeys end-to-end (chat, Search, Call and others). Analyse data, transcripts, and external reports to uncover key insights and opportunities.
- Turn insights into action by crafting detailed proposals that provide a clear and measurable path to achieve objectives.
- Refine development ideas and collaborate closely with engineers to bring improvements to life.
- Work with business stakeholders to refine and enhance new features, ensuring they deliver real value and impact.
Requirements
- You are an ambitious student enrolled in a relevant Bachelor or Master program (Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related).
- Passionate about providing customers and employees with high-quality solutions.
- Curious, willing to keep learning, take responsibility and challenge the status quo with creative solutions.
- Strong self-reflection and follow-up; drive to bring improvements every day.
- Fluent in English.
- During the internship it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders).
