Do you want to help build a data literacy environment at ING and enable colleagues to work with data in a smarter and more consistent way? In this internship you will, for example, set up learning journeys and create videos and tutorials that colleagues can use directly in their daily work.
The team
You will join a team focused on data management, data literacy, knowledge sharing and adoption of standards and ways of working. We build one recognisable place where colleagues can find learning journeys, tutorials and supporting content. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners and stakeholders across multiple domains within ING.
Responsibilities
- Set up and structure learning journeys based on personas and user needs
- Translate content into clear tutorial formats and step by step guides
- Write scripts and storyboards for short instructional video
- Create and edit videos and visuals in a consistent style
- Publish and maintain content in the data literacy environment and improve findability
- Collect user feedback and improve journeys and tutorials based on insights
- Contribute ideas for measuring usage and adoption of the content
Requirements
- You are a Bachelor or Master student in communications, learning design, educational sciences, information management, data or a similar field
- You can make complex information easy to understand for a broad audience
- You work in a structured way and can plan independently
- You have experience creating content such as videos, tutorials or e-learning (study or portfolio)
- You collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- You are accurate and care about quality and consistency

During the duration of your internship at ING, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
