What we do
At INGβs HR Data Team, our mission is to enable the best data-driven decision-making within HR. We do this by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover insights that support both strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives. Our work helps ING attract, retain, and develop top talent through smarter, evidence-based choices.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild the existing dashboards to Power BI (that track and visualize the HR topics).
- Drive the implementation of Power BI across the team and the HR organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve data reporting and visualization processes.
- Introduce and embed Power BI within HR, from building dashboards to empowering colleagues to work with data more effectively.
Requirements
- A 3rd year HBO student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience with or a strong interest in Power BI and data visualization.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to make complex data easy to understand.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing insights.
- During the duration of your internship at ING, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
