Responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, telephones, and other common technology/devices for new and existing employees.
- Provide top tier support services to employees who require assistance with their information technology resources.
- Support the company with the regular maintenance of its IT inventory, provisioning, and onboarding systems.
- Join a growing team of IT Systems Analysts and work together to advance our best practices and technical skills to become experts and leaders in their field.
- Provide after-hours or weekend support when necessary to perform some IT changes and migrations with minimal downtime of our IT systems and services.
Requirements
- You have a natural ability to understand computers and the curiosity to attain a deep understanding of how to quickly remedy their problems.
- You're able to write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas in terms regular (non geeks) can understand.
- You're a motivated and congenial personality, able to work independently while maintaining patience with the constant interruptions of needy coworkers while providing white glove customer service.
- You are physically fit enough to easily lift up to 50 lbs. for duties such as desk moves, handling heavy or bulky electronics, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment, or organizing IT inventory.
Desired Multipliers
- BA/BS degree in a computing field or equivalent work experience/certification.
