The IT Systems team is part of the IT Operations division and is responsible for effective IT Tools management, Account management, Procurement, Documentation and knowledge sharing, vendor and third-party management, user support, and training. Our team is also involved in various projects around the company. Successfully working with multiple stakeholders, we achieved excellent results and are looking forward to expanding our competencies in different IT areas.
Responsibilities
- Managing workplace and security tools;
- Do Service Desk tasks and provide license assignments to Nord Security people;
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of IT licenses;
- Purchase requested software;
- Troubleshoot SaaS tool issues;
- Do other exciting and essential tasks relative to license management;
- Prepare relevant internal communications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role;
- Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news;
- Strong knowledge of English;
- Experience using Jira Service Management, Google Sheets;
- Able to work on your own and take the initiative;
- Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new concepts.

- Atlassian products such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Confluence;
- Slack;
- Nord Security products and services such as NordLayer, NordPass.
