ING International Talent Programme (ITP) — Operations and Change Center of Excellence: The International Talent Program (ITP) is a two-year traineeship that starts in October 2026 with three rotations (one of which may be abroad, if circumstances allow). After the three rotations you will start your permanent role. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “ITP Trainee I”.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured two-year traineeship with three rotations across business units (one rotation may be abroad).
  • Take part in global events and bootcamps designed to develop personal and professional skills.
  • Learn on the job, take part in trainings, receive mentoring and regular feedback from experienced ING executives.
  • Work in international teams and collaborate with business partners.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Fluent in English (C1).
  • Maximum 2 years of work experience outside your studies.
  • Basic hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (from studies, internships, or personal projects).
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Basic scripting or programming skills.
  • Willingness to work in an international environment and build relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to make decisions and work collaboratively.

Additional (advantageous)

  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
  • International experience.
  • Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in student organizations such as AIESEC).
