Role overview

We are building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support the Global Procurement team and are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our international Procurement Poland Hubs team in support of the Global Procurement Team. In this position you will prepare and draft contracts, support contract review and administration, and manage a portfolio of contracts. You will also support IT governance processes and provide administrative and analytical support for IT investment tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category.
  • Prepare and draft contracts, gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible.
  • Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, process amendments, and oversee contract renewals or closeouts.
  • Support negotiations by tracking changes, aligning stakeholders, and reviewing counterparty redlines.
  • Support IT governance processes by ensuring contracts comply with internal policies.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for IT investment tracking.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contracts align with approved investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operations and/or contract management.
  • Proactive, independent approach and ability to work in international environments.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written).
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with contract management.
