Your Job
As a machine learning engineer, you will work with fraud experts and data scientists to safeguard our systems from criminals. This includes threats such as phishing, account takeover, lost or stolen debit cards, e-commerce fraud, and more. Your role will involve improving and automating machine learning operational processes across the entire machine learning lifecycle to enhance team efficiency in protecting customers. You will work with big data in real-time using cutting-edge technologies for fraud detection.
You will also be responsible for advocating best practices in machine learning operations across teams to ensure the effective application of industry practices. The role requires the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and seamless collaboration within a team. You will constantly devise ways to enhance the machine learning lifecycle to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency, serving as a benchmark for others and facilitating team achievement of these standards.

Your Profile
- 1-3 years of industry experience with building machine learning based solutions
- Enjoy solving complex technical puzzles with a value-focus
- Experience in machine learning operations: deployment, maintenance, and implementation
- Understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and version control
- Strong knowledge of Python software engineering skills: design patterns, unit tests, and project packaging
- Working knowledge of SQL and Spark
- Experience with Linux, cloud technologies, and ML platforms such as Databricks
