The expected salary for this position: 16 000 - 24 000 PLN gross

Responsibilities

  • Work as a DevOps engineer on the product backlog and refine features for current and new platforms.
  • Build integrations of various infrastructure systems to support end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Manage, maintain and improve existing platforms in a GitOps way of working.
  • Deployment and management of applications on OpenShift.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand needs, provide enablement and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Provide 24x7 coverage (weekends and evenings) for standby duty on a rotational basis with other team members.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building and managing Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience with PaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
  • Experience with Portworx or MinIO.
  • English level B2/C1.

You will get extra points for:

  • Knowledge of software-defined storage.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with networking technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
  • Experience in Go programming for API development and maintenance.

Information about squad

You will join an international team of young and experienced engineers who build new and manage existing Kubernetes clusters that offer block and object based storage as a platform.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer IV”.
