Embark on an exciting journey as Lead Product Manager Consumer within International Card Services (ICS), a 100% subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. You will steer the evolution of charge cards and credit products in a fast-paced market, crafting strategic solutions that respond to technological, legislative, and consumer shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Support product strategy and translate product/process adjustments into end-to-end solutions.
  • Lead development of a broad and complex product portfolio.
  • Build a wide stakeholder field up to MT and external parties.
  • Provide insights into product performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and manage design to meet customer requirements.
  • Regularly present updates and communicate the product roadmap.

Requirements

Ideal Experience

  • Work at university level with 10+ years of experience leading expert teams.
  • Proven track record within Product Management, especially in Payments and Credit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

Specific Knowledge

  • Knowledge of risk management and card payments.
  • Familiarity with national financial markets and regulations.
