Responsibilities
- Diagnose and prioritize business problems: break down ambiguous, high-impact opportunities into clear problem statements, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and identify highest-impact opportunities.
- Collect and translate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable business requirements.
- Design scalable processes and operating models: evaluate current workflows, identify friction points and root causes, and design simpler, standardized processes, policies, and ways of working to improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.
- Develop policies and governance frameworks: create scalable policies and governance models, define guardrails, monitor adherence and effectiveness, and update policies as business needs evolve.

- Drive cross-functional alignment: partner with Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to gather input, pressure-test ideas, align on path forward, and accelerate execution.
- Lead implementation and champion change: own work from idea to execution, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption; balance strategy development with hands-on execution.
- Measure impact and continuously improve: define success metrics, track results, gather feedback, refine processes over time, and establish governance and guardrails to drive consistency without unnecessary complexity.
