ABN AMRO is seeking a Lean Consultant with expertise in Lean (Six Sigma) projects and change management to join the Strategy Execution & Implementation (SE&I) team. Your role will focus on implementing strategic and regulatory-driven changes within the bank, leveraging your deep knowledge of banking domains and customer segments to drive effective and efficient transformations.

Responsibilities

• Use data analysis to draw conclusions and achieve impactful results.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement potential and implement projects that enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
• Work on diverse projects ranging from minor process optimizations to strategic initiatives leveraging Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lean (Six Sigma) or relevant change management projects.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a Lean or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to coach less experienced colleagues.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
