Details
We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager who will work in the Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing and supporting manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products. Through leadership, hardware, and software expertise you will guide engineers to enable and improve factory practices, processes and methodologies and improve generations of NVIDIA manufacturing processes. You will explore manufacturing test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Support a growing team of on-site manufacturing test engineers in diverse locations.
- Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products and translate them to methodologies and processes for the Datacenter family of products.
- Improve automated diagnostic (diag) generation and validation infrastructure.
- Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle multiple product lines, manufacturing sites and varying software and hardware maturity levels, each with demanding schedules.
- Guide teams in resolving technical problems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of post-silicon validation experience in board or system products.
- 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
- BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, from chip to system.
- Python programming and bash scripting experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Compensation & Additional Information
- Base salary range: 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD (base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
