We are currently seeking a Test Engineer to join our SLT Manufacturing Team. NVIDIA is the world leader in GPU computing, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, computer gaming, and autonomous technologies. Our Operations team is looking for a dedicated individual to support the System Level Testing manufacturing team and facilitate diverse manufacturing activities. We play a crucial role in testing the GPUs and SoCs shipped to customers worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment to run and maintain production test stations, ensuring their readiness for high-volume testing through the setup, optimization, and maintenance of testers.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and upgrade of Tester and Cooling solutions, and establish processes for tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration, covering test programs, automation control software, and test hardware to ensure compatibility with high-volume production.
  • Debug test stations and perform system- and chip-level failure analyses.
  • Develop scripts and tools to support test automation, data collection and test equipment performance analysis.
  • Design and execute DOEs to resolve engineering issues in the production environment.
  • Build and maintain process documentation, work instructions and facilitate knowledge transfer from NPI to the mass production team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in semiconductor testing/electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Strong sense of Test Automation and Active thermal control for semiconductor testing.
  • Strong background in programming such as Python, Shell scripting in Linux and C#.
  • Possess mechanical knowledge in test equipment assembly and work on engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in test data analysis and the use of statistical tools to drive continuous improvement.
