Role summary
You will build and scale the systems that power Nebius' growth engine. The role owns marketing automation, CRM integrity, attribution, and campaign infrastructure to ensure marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue. This position can be performed remotely from the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
- Maintain CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
- Build and optimize lead scoring models
- Manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks
- Ensure reporting accuracy and dashboard integrity
- Improve marketing workflows and automation
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align systems
- Evaluate and manage the marketing tech stack
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations
- Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of attribution and funnel analytics
- Technical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in PLG and/or sales-assisted motions
- Bonus: SQL or advanced data skills
Compensation
- Salary / OTE: $150,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)
