Vinterns 2025

Our Vintern programme offers a unique opportunity to dive into the professional world with our industry-leading teams. This initiative is designed not just to bolster your resume with impactful work experience, but also to enhance your interpersonal skills through collaborative projects with fellow Vinterns. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect:

• Hands-On Work Experience: Spend 85% of your time working closely with your team, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining insights from experienced professionals.
• Collaborative Learning: Dedicate 15% of your time to work alongside other Vinterns, embarking on joint projects that foster teamwork, innovation, and critical thinking.
• Personal and Professional Growth: Our programme is tailored to support your development in every sense, preparing you for a successful future by nurturing both your personal attributes and professional skills.

The programme extends from July 1st to October 3rd. To maximise the benefits of the Vintern programme, successful applicants must be available for the entire duration.

In the first week, all interns are invited to our HQ in Vilnius for communal onboarding. It's a fantastic way to meet everyone and get a feel for our culture.

Information about the position

As an intern, you’ll be helping the Member Engagement Marketing team explore exciting ways to enhance our communications with Vinted members, especially by diving into the world of AI. You'll work alongside the Lifecycle and Verticals teams, focusing on crafting communication strategies for new product categories that members can buy and sell. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in marketing and see how your work can directly impact the Vinted community.

In this position, you’ll

• Learn how AI can transform customer communications and improve member engagement.
• Help develop strategies to make our communications more effective and personalized.
• Support the team in rolling out new communications for fresh product categories.
• Analyze member data to spot trends and create better communication strategies.
• Assist with researching the latest trends and tools to keep Vinted’s marketing innovative.
