The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze experiments data and metrics; draw conclusions and suggestions; assist in prioritizing ideas and hypotheses;
  • Build dashboards, present findings and make recommendations based on analysis across multiple devices, websites and user segments;
  • Support Growth Conversion Team/CRO specialists and other stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses or explanations;
  • Provide decision support for key business people and product development teams using the data and your analyses;
  • Analyze and optimize conversion funnels; detail user flows, conclude “happy paths” to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue;
  • Improve and automate processes and results delivery, develop and maintain supporting code, and research new options for raising own and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CRO/Experimentation data analysis and analytics tools;
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, being an effective and versatile team player;
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, change and improve, interest in digital marketing and human behavior;
  • Ability to communicate and use latest data visualization techniques to make patterns visible even for not-so-data-nerdy colleagues;
  • Strong logic and ability to dig, derive and detect principles and patterns of consumer’s behavior from data;
  • Understanding the WHY behind the data and delivering actionable insights to further improve UX and conversion rate optimization;
  • Understanding of web analytics and the conversion optimization space using tools like GA, GA4, Looker and others;
  • Experience in performing A/B testing, usability tests or user research;
  • Solid understanding and experience of SQL (Google BigQuery as an advantage) and Python or R (for data modeling and general development);
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, distributions, hypotheses testing, Bayesian statistics.
